How do I pay for Premium?
Pay with MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money via PawaPay. When you upgrade, we'll send a payment prompt to your phone — just enter your PIN to complete. Payment is instant and secure.
What happens when my Premium expires?
Your store stays live and all your products remain visible. You'll drop back to the Free plan limit of 10 products. If you have more than 10, the newest 10 stay active and the rest are paused until you upgrade again.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes — every Premium plan carries a 14-day money-back window. After that, quarterly plans are refunded pro rata for unused full months. Contact support and we'll process it within 3 business days.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. You keep 100% of every sale. Boutique is a discovery platform — buyers contact you directly via WhatsApp, and you handle the transaction. We make money from Premium subscriptions, not your sales.
What is the Seller Growth Fund?
We set aside 20% of monthly subscription revenue to reward top-performing sellers. Every month, the top 10 sellers by WhatsApp clicks receive bonus payouts via mobile money. Only Premium sellers are eligible.
Which mobile money providers do you support?
MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money in Uganda. We detect your provider automatically from your phone number. Expansion to Kenya, Tanzania, and Rwanda is planned for 2024.
